Your name and email address when you book, plus a phone number and a note about your appointment if you choose to give them. Nothing else.
Only to book, change and cancel your appointment, and to contact you about it. Your details are never sold, shared for advertising, or used for marketing.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts.
Your booking is stored on a private server under my control in Canada. Confirmation and cancellation emails are sent through Proton Mail (Proton AG), whose servers are in Europe (Switzerland and the EU/EEA) and are subject to Swiss and European privacy laws. I have access only.
Booking records are kept for at least 10 years, the record-keeping requirement for massage therapy charts in Alberta. Nothing is deleted automatically before then.
